Your part-time technology team

Better technology decisions begin with understanding your business.

A small professional team that learns how you work, helps you decide what to improve, buy or build, and puts worthwhile changes into practice.

From S$3,500/month · Monthly collaboration · No long-term contract

Keep what works. Understand what does not. Make the next decision with context.

Familiar decisions, real consequences

When you need someone on your side of the table.

Your business has outgrown a few ways of working. You do not need to have the solution ready before we talk.

Illustrative situations and images, not records of client engagements.

Decision 01

Do we really need to replace the whole system?

The team keeps finding workarounds. A new system sounds like the answer, but replacing it could disrupt the parts that already work.

Understand the exceptions and dependencies first. Improve one handoff, watch how the team uses it, then decide whether a larger change is justified.

A smaller first step. A better-informed next decision.

Decision 02

The demo looks good. Will it work for us?

A supplier has a convincing presentation and a substantial quote. You need someone to check what is included and what your team will still have to do.

Test the proposal against your actual workflow. Check integration, data access, ongoing costs and exit options, then help verify the delivery.

Decision 03

It is live. Why is everyone still using spreadsheets?

The feature passed its tests, but the old way of working persists. Delivering software has not yet resolved the business problem.

Look at adoption and the work people do around the tool. Adjust the workflow, configuration or training, then review what changed.

The next plan responds to what actually happens.

Choosing the right relationship

Why Partner, rather than a project?

Both should create business value. The difference is what you need us to take responsibility for.

Build

A defined change to deliver.

An assessment clarifies the requirements. We agree the scope, build the solution and verify delivery, with the agreed aftercare. Changes can become a scope revision or another project.

Partner

Context that improves the next decision.

We keep learning your business, reviewing results and adjusting the plan with you. The work may involve implementation, supplier coordination or deciding that an investment should wait.

An independent Build project can sit within that plan. Buying a suitable product can, too.

How understanding becomes progress

Every round of work informs the next.

Your first plan is a starting point. As we learn what works in practice, we revisit the recommendation with you.

You approve the direction and material changes before we act. If further work is not worthwhile, we say so.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

Learn the workflow, constraints and exceptions with the people doing the work.

A shared account of how things work today

  2. 02

    Compare the options

Consider buying, improving, building or waiting. Explain the costs and trade-offs.

A recommendation you can question and approve

  3. 03

    Put the decision to work

Configure, integrate or develop the agreed change, with testing and handover.

A usable improvement with clear boundaries

  4. 04

    Observe real use

Review adoption, remaining friction and assumptions that need checking.

    Evidence beyond technical acceptance

  5. 05

    Update the next step

Use what we learned to continue, change direction, defer or stop.

A revised plan grounded in your business

The work, made visible

What changed? What did we learn? What happens next?

Your own project board holds the plan, documents, decisions and work history. A monthly review connects that work to the next decision.

Illustrative monthly report · Not a package promise

Move customer enquiries out of personal spreadsheets

Create one consistent enquiry intake and ownership trail before considering a custom CRM.

Delivered for review

An agreed workflow map and a shared intake path with visible ownership and follow-up status.

What still needs checking

Technical checks passed. Staff adoption and the effect on missed follow-ups still need observation; we cannot yet claim the business problem is resolved.

How this changes the plan

Continue the shared workflow, inspect adoption and exceptions, then decide whether configuration, integration or custom software is the smallest justified next step.

Discuss your first priorities

Built around approximately 40 hours of mixed team effort.

Business understanding, planning, meetings, implementation, testing and handover are all part of the work. The role mix affects actual hours and is agreed through the monthly plan.

  • No long-term contract. Cancel future renewal before the next billing date.
  • Keep a steady budget or agree additional capacity, scope and scheduling before work begins.
  • The same SGD starting price across markets for equivalent service conditions.
  • Third-party services and applicable taxes are separate. Unused monthly capacity expires.

A complex first month may focus on understanding the business and agreeing a practical plan. We clarify expected outcomes before you start.

Before we begin

A few practical questions.

I only have one problem. Is Partner right for me?

One problem can be the starting point. If an assessment can establish a clear scope and a defined delivery, Build or Automate may be a better fit. Partner is useful when you need ongoing judgement, coordination and review as the work develops.

What if the recommendation is not to build anything?

You still receive the agreed business findings, options and recommendation. The right next step may be a process change, an existing product or no immediate investment. We explain the reasoning so you can use it independently.

Can you work with our existing suppliers?

Yes. Within the agreed plan, we can review proposals, participate in scheduled vendor meetings, check fit and help verify delivery. Any commercial interest in a recommendation is disclosed.

What happens if someone on your team changes?

Business context, decisions, work and delivery assets stay in your shared project record. AlphaBlue coordinates handover and explains any material scheduling impact. Your service is delivered by a team rather than depending on one person's private knowledge.

Can we stop after a stage is complete?

Yes. There is no minimum number of months. Cancel future renewal before the next billing date. The current paid month is not automatically refundable for unused capacity or a change of plans; we complete agreed work and hand over paid-for deliverables. Remedies still apply if AlphaBlue fails to provide the agreed service.

Does this include immediate support or ongoing maintenance?

This is planned work, not an on-call service. Maintenance can be agreed within the plan or separately. We hold a weekly review of up to 30 minutes; additional meetings need an agenda, reference materials where relevant and at least one full business day's notice. Normal booking hours are 09:00–19:00 SGT, in English, Mandarin or Thai. Async messages are normally acknowledged within one business day; resolution depends on the work.
